Pricing for 360 Feedback Templates

The 360 feedback program is priced per license ($15 per license), as detailed below:

One license is purchased for each person receiving feedback (“candidate”). For instance, if you would like to gather feedback for 4 candidates, you will need 4 licenses.

For 10+ candidates, the number of required licenses decreases exponentially (see table below). The more candidates you include, the higher the value of the program.

There is no limit on the number of employees who can submit feedback for the person being evaluated.

There is no setup fee.

N=Number of candidates	   Licenses Required

           1-10	                              N

           11-20	               80% of N

           21-40	               70% of N

          41-250	               60% of N

(Examples: For 8 candidates you'll need 8 licenses; 20 candidates = 16 licenses, 30 candidates = 21 licenses, 41 candidates = 24 licenses)
